The room: We were in a very spacious and clean, well appointed premium king room with a deep Jacuzzi style tub, couch, wet bar and fireplace. This was a villa style room and there was nobody above us and only one room adjacent. It felt private and quiet. The back patio overlooked the lovely green grounds and had a table and chairs to enjoy your coffee or wine outside. The stars above at night were spectacular! You can adjust the Room AC to get nice and chilly, and believe me when I say that's darn important in AZ in August! If you are able to I definitely recommend spending the extra money for this style of room, it's worthwhile. The location: Close to everything awesome in this beautiful town, hiking, dining, all super accessible. Gorgeous views. Easy parking and entry/exit to and from the resort. Close to town without being right in the hugely congested Sedona uptown or main drag, which we appreciated. The hotel restaurant was comfy and the food was delicious, very nicely done, nice outside patio dining area, very relaxing. The staff: All super friendly and hospitable. Great bar with a modern vibe, great cocktail and wine list. Shout out to bartender extraordinaire Big Tony, he was absolutely terrific! Mr. Mario, aka Super Mario, who was serving in the restaurant is joyful and kind and made us feel very special the whole time we were there. Hats off to you my friend and thank you, we'll be back to say hi one day. You are exceptional in every way!

The reception desk common spaces in the lobby and the restaurant were 4 star quality (this hotel is a 3 star). The size of the room was wonderfully large with plenty of room to work and relax in the space. The location of the hotel is exceptional with some views of the mountains but more important - right between the overwhelming kitchy side of Sedona and the Oak Creek area which was less congested. The bed was very comfortable - important because we have back issues - to upgrade the experience - it would be great if they matched the fitted cotton blend sheet with a cotton or bamboo top sheet vs. a synthetic blend that was not breathable and was hot plus creates a lot of static.

Resort location was in a quiet area out of the way from main shopping areas but a short drive to them. All the Staff was attentive and friendly. From check in, wish I could member his name, to our server at Willows Restaurant, Destiny, were exceptional,. Very engaging, recommendations in the area and very personable. And kudos to the kitchen staff for breakfast. Excellent. Our room a King premium which was in the 600 section area was perfect for us. From the Firplace, Views, setting, clean. Quiet Grounds, Restaurant and Wine bar. Will stay again but longer.

First of all the restaurant is a must try! From the service to the meals we had a five star experience. Probably our favorite meals that we have had in Sedona. The quality and taste lived up to the cost of the meal. This property is excellent if you have a pup with you. We played with her on the lawn and had easy access to let her out to do her business with easy waste receptacles close by. The rooms were comfy and totally worth the discounted rate we received through booking.com. Clean and a solid 3 stars simply because they are older but in good shape.

The king room with the cozy fireplace and gorgeous mountain view is terrific and super comfy! We love how the hotel restaurants serve delicious food in such a romantic setting. Using the tennis court for free from 9 am to 4 pm daily is also a great opportunity! The location is fantastic; it's just 10 minutes from a busy downtown, inside a quiet park with mini lakes with ducks, and close to all the fun activities and trails. Plus, the room prices are affordable, which makes our stay even better!
